1. Services

1.1 Scope of Services

Falak Haus will provide a mobile espresso bar experience for the Event as outlined in the approved quote, including beverages, equipment, and staffing.

1.2 Service Duration

Service will be provided for the duration outlined in the selected package. Any additional service time requested is subject to availability and will be billed at a rate of $65 per hour, charged in 30-minute increments.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1 Deposit

A deposit of 25% is required to secure your event date. Deposits are refundable only if cancellation occurs more than six (6) weeks prior to the Event. Within six (6) weeks of the Event date, all deposits are non-refundable.

2.2 Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit has been received.

2.3 Final Payment

The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the Event.

2.4 Late or Non-Payment

If payment is not received by the deadline, Falak Haus reserves the right to cancel services, and all deposits will be forfeited.

2.5 Additional Charges

Any additional services, overtime, or overages will be invoiced separately and are payable immediately following the Event.

3. Event Details & Guest Count

3.1 Client Responsibilities

The Client must provide accurate details including event location, service time, guest count, and venue requirements.

3.2 Final Guest Count

Final guest count must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the Event. This number will be used for staffing, preparation, and billing purposes.

3.3 Changes

Changes requested after the 48-hour window may not be accommodated and may result in additional fees.

4. Beverage Service

4.1 Included Service

Service includes beverages as outlined in the selected package.

4.2 Service Style

Beverages are freshly prepared and served upon request. No per-guest drink limit applies.

4.3 Overage

Any beverages prepared beyond the agreed scope will be charged per drink (as outlined in your quote) and must be paid at the end of the Event.

4.4 Unused Service

Unused beverages or service time are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Setup, Teardown & Venue Access

5.1 Setup & Teardown Requirements

Falak Haus requires a minimum of 1 hour before service for setup and a minimum of 45 minutes after service for teardown. These times are separate from the booked service duration.

5.2 Venue Coordination

The Client is responsible for ensuring venue access for setup and teardown, securing all permissions, and covering any required permits or fees.

5.3 Access Limitations

If access is restricted or insufficient, service may be delayed or unable to proceed. No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.

6. Travel, Parking & Access

Travel within the standard service area is included. The Client is responsible for providing suitable loading access and covering any parking fees. Additional travel fees, if applicable, will be outlined in advance.

7. Site Conditions & Outdoor Events

7.1 Workspace Requirements

The Client must provide a safe, level workspace with adequate space for equipment and staff.

7.2 Outdoor Events

Outdoor service requires proper shelter and suitable weather conditions. Falak Haus reserves the right to refuse service in case of rain, severe weather, or temperatures below 4°C or above 32°C.

8. Electrical Requirements

8.1 Power Supply

The Client must provide dedicated 120V / 15-amp circuits per espresso machine.

8.2 Failure to Provide Power

If proper power is not available, service will not proceed. The Event will be considered cancelled by the Client, and no refunds will be issued.

8.3 Safety

Falak Haus reserves the right to refuse unsafe or incompatible electrical setups.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

9.1 Client Cancellation

Cancellations made more than six (6) weeks prior to the Event will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made within six (6) weeks of the Event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

9.2 Rescheduling

Subject to availability. Deposits may be transferred to a new date. A rescheduling fee of $75 may apply. Original date governs refund eligibility if within the non-refundable window.

9.3 Company Cancellation

If Falak Haus cancels for any reason outside of force majeure, all payments will be refunded in full.

10. Equipment & Damages

All equipment remains the property of Falak Haus. The Client is responsible for any damage caused by guests, venue staff, or event conditions. Repair or replacement costs will be invoiced accordingly.

11. Safety & Right to Refuse Service

Falak Haus may pause or terminate service if conditions are unsafe, staff safety is compromised, or equipment cannot be operated safely. The Client remains responsible for all charges incurred up to that point.

12. Force Majeure

Falak Haus is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, power outages, government restrictions, or public health emergencies. Events may be rescheduled where possible; deposits remain non-refundable.

13. Health, Safety & Allergens

All beverages are prepared following food safety standards. The Client must notify Falak Haus of any allergies in advance. Falak Haus is not responsible for undisclosed allergies.

14. Content & Marketing Use

Falak Haus may capture photos and videos during the Event for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. Clients are responsible for informing guests where required.

15. Liability & Indemnification

Falak Haus is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses caused by venue conditions or guest actions, or for delays beyond our control. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Falak Haus harmless from claims arising from the Event.

16. Insurance

Falak Haus maintains general liability insurance covering event services. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

17. General Terms

All pricing is subject to applicable taxes. This Agreement represents the full understanding between both parties. Any amendments must be made in writing. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms remain valid.

18. Acceptance

By submitting the deposit, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions outlined above.
